Nose A syrupy sweetness, soaked raisins, dates and figs; cherries and plums
Palate Sweet sherry, caramel, raisins, apricots and plums in the background. Hint of coffee beans and spices alongside black pepper and cinnamon.
Finish Oaky notes with tannin dryness, peppery spice and grapefruit bitterness.
